A new house???

On and off I have been looking for houses. One that we can actually own, instead of rent. And today we found our house, well it feels like that when we were looking at the outside of the house and the pictures online. It is a tiny little house with so much character, my boyfriend and I are in love with it. Sure it doesn't have the three bedrooms I would ideally like, but darn it has got other things, like beams, like a lovely oldfashioned kitchen with one of those square sinks, built in bookcases (we are both readers like there is nothing else in life), and not the stupid kind either, the really nice kind is what I am talking about. It has shutters on the outside of the house(now how cool would that be???), a white staircase in the living room, just perfect.

But unfortunately, it might just be slightly over our budget. Not by much, but still... I will be dreaming and thinking about this house for quite some time, do my calculations, see how far we get, maybe they will go down on price a little bit. Maybe I will win the lottery this coming month! (or just a small amount would do as well, just so I will be able to pay the amount we are missing at the moment). We will see, we will see... first it will be London later this week
