Meetings meetings meetings.

So what is the deal people? Do we live in a society where all we do is going to meetings and discuss the current problems? Needless to say in my line of work you would think that teaching was more important than anything... but I have to say not a week goes by without a meeting. And when you are really lucky you will have atleast two meetings in one week.

Well this week is one of those weeks for me! Have two different meetings today both at the same time...ohoh. Both need attending. So what will happen this afternoon is that I will start at one location, then cycle as fast as I can to the next and finish another meeting there. (this all after waiting over 4 hours for these meetings to start). And then apparently I have another meeting on thursday, another one which actually will happen on my afternoon off. Now I can do two things, tell them I won't be there or come in and write down the time I am there for and call it in when I have so many hours that I can take a whole day off... I will have to think about it....
