Aren't we all busy all the time?

Aren't we all busy all the time?

I guess I only have one answer, yes we are. It is ridiculous how much running around we all do. We never seem to have time to stop and enjoy ourselves. Lets face it is is easier to keep up the pace and run run run. When we do this we at least don't have to look at ourselves and wonder if we actually like what we are seeing. The answer might be too realistic and we might not be able to handle it... so we deny ourselves the time to just be us. Even worse, I know there are a lot of people out there who even dream about work, and while sleeping still have racing minds about the things they still have to do!!! This can't be healthy, now can it?

I am one of those people who is busy all the time, even though a lot of the times I am not even sure what I am busy with doing.I dream about work, seriously.... I guess I am busy with being busy! It is time to slow down a little and relax. I was there once, I went back to college, I finally had time for me again, I slowed down. And I loved it. When we slow down, we have more time to enjoy our surroundings. We have more time to go out and just have fun. All the chaos in your head just evaporates. Sure you have to give yourself a good look, and check if you like what you see but after that you can start the healing process. And it is worth it! Peace of mind is so important, and so hard to attain. It is something we really have to work hard at to achieve, but it is worth it!

Lets try to get it done.... We are worth this time of peace and tranquillity. We owe it to ourselves to slow down and smell the fresh air, see our partners in a different light, enjoy our time without thinking about what you still need to do at work! STOP RUNNING AND START WALKING....

  1. Amen!
I think it's society's problem, these days. People just go on and on and don't know who they are anymore. We are loosing our individuality in society.
I, for one, am not ready to give up being me and have my own opinion! I am not going to give in into the morals that are supposed to be 'modern'. I'd much rather remain an old fashioned, respectful, social woman, thank you very much!
